Vikings Accommodation is often praised for its convenient location, about a 10-15 minute walk to the Minster and an easy reach from the train station. Guests appreciate the clean and spacious rooms, some featuring a TV, while the shared kitchen facilities, including an oven, microwave, and fridge space, add to the convenience; some guests, however, have noted noise due to thin walls. Balanced stay near the centre

quiet streetnespresso machinefree parkinglumpy mattresshot roomworn room
The accommodation is on a quiet street near the main road. The location is close to the city centre. Staff helped us find free parking nearby. The king room I booked had a Nespresso machine.
The room was very hot. I had to sleep with the window open even though it was December. The mattress felt lumpy, and I could feel the springs (it was not a good night's sleep). The room was worn.

the decor looks a bit old, but i didn't mind so much.

mixed feelings

smooth processexcessive feeroom wear
the check-in process went smoothly enough.
the room was smaller than i anticipated. a fee for having my dog felt excessive (£50 for two nights). the room also showed signs of wear and tear, and some of the 'fixes' looked unfinished.
